One Body. Many Ways to Find Harmony.
Massage, movement, and health coaching are not three unrelated services. They are three expressions of a long relationship with the body.
A body-centered path
Surah's professional story begins with dance and performance, expands through decades of massage therapy and bodywork, and grows into health coaching and wellness. Body Harmony brings those pieces together around a common purpose: helping people feel more comfortable, aware, capable, and connected in their bodies.

Experience That Shapes the Care
Surah brings experience from private practice, spa, wellness, fitness, luxury, and healthcare-adjacent settings. She has also managed and trained massage therapists and helped develop wellness services, classes, and programs.
That breadth of experience shapes the way Body Harmony works today: seeing the whole person, listening carefully, and creating an experience that responds to individual needs rather than reducing someone to a symptom, service, or label.
Different paths. One body. One connected Body Harmony experience.
